Famiglia Dodi Balsamic Vinegar is aged for ten years, producing a sweet and very dense, almost syrupy vinegar. Perfect for accompanying desserts, fruits, cheeses, salads, meats, and vegetables. It pairs well with figs, sweet berries, gelato, and panna cotta. It is also best paired with Parmesan Reggianno, as it accompanies the salty flavours.
It is gluten and celiac friendly! No added sugars, caramels, or preservatives.
