This balsamic vinegar dressing was born only a few years ago after a mild disagreement between the members of the Dodi family about the taste of one slightly unusual barrel. After a test during a dinner with some friends who were real connoisseurs that little barrel became the first of a great product. It is aged for 8 years in fine wooden casks lovingly and skillfully tended by Dano Dodi, who today still jealously holds some of the original old casks that belonged to Grandmother Carmelina.
Perfect at any time of day and in any occasion, it is fantastic for every type of combination, from simple everyday dressing to the most elaborate food preparation.
The consistency of this balsamic vinegar makes it ideal for flavoring raw appetizers, first courses, meats, salads, and cruditès.
Produced in Reggio Emilia from Acetaia Dodi and it is considered one of the best balsamic vinegar condiments produced in Italy!
