We strive to provide the best experience!Processing times:
We are proud to offer efficient order processing and fulfillment, with the typical turnaround time for orders being within 48 hours. Any orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday, and orders placed during weekends or holidays will also be processed on the following Monday. Please note shipping timelines are on top of fulfilment timelines!
Shipping timelines: (All dates are estimates and may vary. )
Standard Ground: 5-7 business days
FedEx Express: 2-3 Business days
Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days.
Order confirmations / reciept will be provided via email after the order is placed. Check your junk or spam folders if you did not get an email.
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight and size of the purchased products when you check out.
Orders under 5lbs - flat rate of $10
Orders over 30lbs (cases) - $20
Orders over 60lbs (Bulk orders) - $30
Local delivery - $40 ( available in select areas only)
Wholesale orders with Large, oversized, multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. We will reach out if there are any changes.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post & FedEx. Wholesale orders will be contacted to arrange for delivery.
Local delivery is a new service we are offering for retail and food service locations for bulk orders. At this time local delivery is available in the following locations:
Kelowna, BC, Canada
Cochrane, AB, Canada
Calgary, AB, Canada
If you are in these areas and are eligible please select the local delivery option at check out. A sales representative will reach out shortly to confirm your delivery options.
If you're not available when FedEx or Canada Post makes a delivery, they will leave a note in your mailbox, and or leave a voicemail notifying you of the missed delivery attempt. If you find the note, contact your carrier to arrange another delivery time or location. If delivery is still not possible, the package will be returned to us for a fee.
You can choose to have the package delivered to your work address if it's more convenient.
Keep in mind that orders shipped to PO boxes must go through Canada Post and may take longer to arrive.
Order modifications, cancellations and returns
We want you to be happy and enjoy our products.If you need to cancel your order, and it hasn't yet been shipped, we'd be more than happy to assist you. Simply contact us and we'll work with you to process the cancellation. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, you'll need to return the products to receive a refund. However, shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
In the event that you need to modify your order, including changing the size, quantity, or removing an item, adjusting the delivery address, or updating the payment method, we strongly advise you to reach out to us right away, before the order ships. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we're always here to help. Please provide your name and order number for reference.
At Parthena, we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our valued customers. If for any reason, you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Providing us with your order number and any additional details, including photos, will allow us to promptly resolve the issue.
Please note that for safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our food items unless there is a problem with the product itself. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us before making your purchase.
